LiveFPL is free, needs no registration, and answers the Saturday afternoon questions. What is my live overall rank. What is the effective ownership of the player hurting me. Whose price is about to change. Where am I in my mini-leagues. It has a transfer planner and rank-tier analytics too. For live tracking there is no reason to pay anybody anything.

FPLXI works in the other half of the week. Before the deadline it rates your squad, predicts each player's points five gameweeks ahead, ranks the transfers that gain the most points, and solves your XI, captain, vice and bench order, with the reasoning written out. It costs £19.99 once for the season, and the free tier rates your team and gives you a recommendation refresh every gameweek.

This is the least competitive comparison on the site. Most managers should use both, and we would say so even if you never paid us a penny.

Questions people actually ask

Does FPLXI replace LiveFPL?

No. LiveFPL tracks what is happening during matches. FPLXI decides what to do before them. They overlap almost nowhere, which is why plenty of managers run both.

Does FPLXI show live rank or effective ownership?

No. FPLXI optimises predicted points rather than rank risk, and it does not track live scoring. LiveFPL does both, for free.

If LiveFPL is free, what am I paying FPLXI for?
