FPLXI vs Fantasy Football Hub

Fantasy Football Hub sells you a season inside a whole FPL ecosystem: tools, team reveals, articles, communities. FPLXI sells one thing, which is the number behind your next decision.

No card required · Free team rating from your FPL ID · Prices and features checked August 2026

Fantasy Football Hub is the most complete paid FPL product going. Its My Team area rates your squad, predicts your points, recommends transfers and tracks your live rank. Around that sit hundreds of members' articles a year, expert and AI team reveals, an Opta stats package, a Discord and a set of WhatsApp groups. Memberships come in three tiers, Starter, Pro and Ultra, billed annually, and when we checked they were advertised at half price with a money-back mini-league promise. If FPL is a hobby you read about as well as play, that breadth is the product.

FPLXI is much narrower on purpose. No content, no community, no live scoring. What you get is a model that predicts every player's points five gameweeks out, an optimiser that turns those predictions into your best XI, captain, bench and ranked transfers, and AI that explains the decision after the maths has already made it. You pay once for the season. We publish how accurate the predictions were, gameweek by gameweek, and you can read that before you pay us anything.

Both products will rate your team and suggest transfers. The question is whether you want an FPL membership or a decision tool.

Stay with Fantasy Football Hub if

  • You want the whole hobby in one place, including someone to argue with.
  • Live rank and live mini-league tracking during matches matter to you.
  • You value chip strategy and expert opinion as much as raw projections.
  • A recurring membership is fine and you will use enough of it to justify the tier.

Pick FPLXI if

  • You want one answer per gameweek instead of a reading list.
  • You want to see how accurate the predictions have been, before you trust them and after.
  • One £19.99 payment for the season suits you better than another renewal.
  • You would rather the maths decided and the AI only explained it.

Moving across

Nothing to migrate. Put your FPL ID into FPLXI, or upload a squad screenshot, and you have a rating and a ranked move in about a minute. Your squad comes from the official FPL data, not from the Hub. If you are mid-membership, run both for a few weeks: FPLXI before the deadline, the Hub for live tracking during matches, and keep whichever you actually open. What we cannot replace is the community and the editorial. If the Discord and the team reveals are why you subscribe, that is a real gap on our side, not a reason to cancel.

Questions people actually ask

Is FPLXI cheaper than Fantasy Football Hub?

FPLXI is £19.99 once for the whole 2026/27 season at the early bird price, with nothing to renew. Hub memberships are tiered annual subscriptions and were advertised at half price when we checked in August 2026, so read their pricing page before you compare numbers. The bigger difference is what you are buying: a membership or a decision tool.

Do both tools rate my FPL team?

Yes. Hub's My Team rates your squad and recommends AI transfers. FPLXI rates your squad, ranks every transfer by the predicted points it gains, and solves your XI, captain and bench. Our rating is free, and so is one recommendation refresh every gameweek.

Does FPLXI have live rank?

No, and we are not building it. FPLXI is meant to be used before the deadline. If live rank and effective ownership during matches matter to you, the Hub does that, and LiveFPL does it for free.

Which has better predictions?

No marketing page can honestly answer that, which is why we publish ours. Every FPLXI prediction is locked at the deadline and scored against real results on a public model page. Judge the model before you pay, then hold us to it.
